Internships

Curricular internships can be activated for regular students, PhD students, specializing students or students enrolled in a master's degree, advanced course, or professional updating course. As a matter of fact, internships are carried out within a period of university education but do not necessarily provide recognition of CFU.

The activation is possible for:

• Students enrolled in UNIFI courses
  For the procedure check the curricular training internships in LABORATORY
  The process is managed by the Engineering School Traineeships Office, through the @STAGE system. The host is a Department Laboratory.

• Foreign students on Erasmus + Traineeship mobility
  Students who intend to propose an Erasmus + Traineeship mobility in the Department, if they come from Universities with a bilateral Erasmus + agreement (check the agreements in force) with the University of Florence, must send their Learning Agreement Traineeship to the teacher who has identified as a tutor at DICEA by agreeing on the activity and the period of the internship.
  
  Students who intend to offer autonomously an Erasmus + Traineeship mobility in the Department from Universities that do not have an Erasmus + agreement in force with the University of Florence must send to the teacher who has been identified as a tutor at the Department, together to their Learning Agreement Traineeship, a proposal letter (exemplary form to be copied on the letterhead of the University of origin - Sending Institution). • Italian and foreign students enrolled in courses not at UNIFI
  Students who intend to offer themselves for an internship at the Department must check if there is an agreement in force between their University (Sending Institution) and the University of Florence or the Department (Hosting Institution).
  Students coming from Universities who have an existing agreement with UNIFI can contact the Engineering School Traineeship Office for the activation of the INTERNSHIP FROM EXTERNAL INSTITUTIONS.
  Students coming from Universities that do not have an existing agreement with the University of Florence or with the Department can contact the teacher who has identified as a tutor to activate a CURRICULAR TRAINING procedure at DICEA.
